The Bloody Paw

Infamous and violent criminal organization officially labeled as terrorists by the ruling elite of Baldur's Gate. They are led by Hardnose Whiskers, a were-rat of deeply ill repute. He leads the Paws in high-profile heists designed to anger the nobility and cause political havoc. They believe they should control the cities criminal underground. They despise the Patriars of Baldur's Gate. They want to dismantle the power Council of Four and the Parliament of Peers and give more rights to the "lower" races. The sign of the Bloody Paw is a paw print, all in red preferably using the blood of their enemies.

Structure

Led by the infamous Were-rat Hardnose Whiskers. The Bloody Paw does not have a set headquarters and instead operates out of several cells throughout the city each run by a senior member. Members of the bloody paw are not allowed to know the locations of other bases and even Hardnose himself doesn't know where they all reside.

Public Agenda

Their goal is the overthrow of the dictatorial elite, freedom of the wrongfully imprisoned, elimination of the Flaming Fist, destruction of the the Guild ,and execution of all bankers, exclusive protection contracts paid to the Bloody Paw, and full rights for all the least human of the city.

Assets

The Bloody paw acquires most of its assets through the regular heists and petty thievery throughout the city purchasing weapons and arms from the legitimate guilds under the guise of being mercenaries and adventurers.

History

This militant criminal group split off during a purge in the Xanathar Guild a few decades back, and now forms the backbone of violent and revolutionary criminal organization.

Tenets of Faith

While not a religious organization many members of the Bloody Paw worship Malar the lesser deity of the hunt, evil lycanthropes, bestial savagery and bloodlust. His dogma concerned savage hunts, the spreading of the curse of lycanthropy, and general contempt for civilization.
