He leads his people firmly, but well. His biggest accomplishment is his role in ushering in the Nikkon Iron Age, in which the Winter Nikkon learned to make their own crude steel. Prior to this, they merely scavenged metals from other peoples.
Mental Trauma
A few months ago, Alfayan rogues killed several of his guards, violating the centuries-old Alfayan-Nikkon Pact. It isn't until Knight Captain Kalon Palanin and Ross Smith arrived to inform the Nikkon patron saint of Herringnome's kidnapped Beisha High Priestess and set things straight that he began to trust them again.
