Summer Nikkon

Summer Nikkon is the name given to Nikki descended from those who have left their ancestral homeland. Some, but not all, can be distinguished by traits they have adapted to suit the wider world--most notable being their reduced hair. They also have slightly larger ears on average.

Gender Ideals

Though there is little in the way of difference between gender roles, a mistranslation of their language initially caused many outsiders to initially believe that Nikkon society is matriarchal as the Nikkon word for "woman" is "queen." Perhaps to avoid this confusion, Summer Nikkon females have taken to calling themselves primarily as "vixens."
