Tiecoon Company

A goblin-run cartel notorious for plundering natural resources.

The Tiecoon Company, also known as the Tiecoon Co., is the most notorious goblin organization, deforesting and plundering the world for its natural resources to an extent that concerns even regular goblins. Well, some of them, anyway.
It is an independent faction (although most of its members are hostile) that operates in Uflana and Shoa Fraria regions of Pholul —as well as ... in the Northern Kingdoms and ... in the Thunderous Chains. Largely run and managed by goblins, it employs a few dwarfes in high engineering positions.

Structure

The Tiecoon Company is huge, far-reaching and massively complicated. In addition, numerous other, smaller goblin companies, created and run by single entrepreneurs, operate throughout Seann Raon. Perhaps the most (in)famous of these smaller businesses is the Tiecoon Mining Inc.
The corporate group is a collection of greedy entrepreneurs who keep both eyes on the bottom line at all times.

Projects in Uflana

The goblins of the Tiecoon Company threaten to reduce the entire Central Uflana section into an uninhabitable wasteland. Uflana is rich with iron and zinc, which has attracted the attention of the Tiecoon Company. With the centaur gone, the Tiecoon Company has taken advantage of the wandergnomes’s peaceful nature and have set up most unwelcome mining operations throughout the region.
The Tiecoon Company’s presence here is for profit, plain and simple. Driven by profit, the mines for the iron and zinc in eastern Uflana, depleting the land’s natural resources, and hoarding the region’s water supplies. They are disturbing the balance of nature in the region, and drawing the anger of the gnomes. Although the gnomes have tried to share their land, the continuous encroachment and lack of respect shown by the Tiecoon Company has resulted in escalating conflict leaded by Mull Thundersmoll in the region.

Projects in Shoa Fraria

Agents of the goblin-run Tiecoon Company have also been sighted near the Stonespike Mountains area located south of Shoa Fraria, searching for potential tracts to precious gold. In fact, they have a significant presence in the south-western part of the forest, chopping down trees and burning huge stretches of forest.
