Black Tortoise Dormitory

The Black Tortoise Dormitories are self contained in a traditional building attached to Block D, which echoes Block D's traditional Taruan style in architecture.
Students share bedrooms with one other student, and as they age in the next year, it is traditional that students change room-mates. This is to improve cohesion and harmony within the clan.
