Keren Tuul

Kerebn Tuul is the second largest city in Nojpetén . Is is ruled by the Council of the Enlightened, which is comprised of 8 Powerful Mages, one representing each of the schools of magic.   The city's largest district is known as the Cauldron. It is home to most of the city's non-magic using residents. It is governed largely by the city's major trade guilds, who represent the interests of residents to the Council. It is also the centre of trade in the city, its sprawling Enusat Market, where practically anything imaginable can be acquired for the right price. The Cauldron is the only area of the city where the open use of magic is frowned upon.   Adjacent to the Cauldron is the Temple District, dominated by the temple of Irnan. The second largest temple by a narrow margin is dedicated to Ériu, the The Cult of Ériu's largest presence in Nojpetén.   The Necropolis is home to the city's cemetery and is home the college of Necromancy, as well as the Gravekeeper's Guild, who offer life insurance contracts, to be paid upon receiving the bearer's corpse. The guild also leases out its veritable army of undead servitors for menial or dangerous work, making it one of the wealthiest and most powerful guilds in the city.   The Verdure is home to the colleges of Abjuration, Conjuration and Transmutation. It is home to an enormous botanical and zoological garden, which houses flora and fauna from across the world. The Alchemy Guild is located in this region, the potions created by which are the most lucrative export the city produces.   The Súl is home to the colleges of Illusion, Diviniation and Enchantment. It is a bewildering place that even locals have a difficult time navigating. It is home to the College of Statecraft and Diplomacy, which trains the offspring of the rich and powerful from across Danan. As such, this district also houses some of the finest artisans in Nojpetén, to cater for their extravagant tastes.   Just north of the city is the delta island of Anuun which holds the college of Evocation. To its east is the large, unoccupied delta island known as Réabtha, commonly called the Rip, which is frequently used for magical experimentation of all sorts. It is thus widely avoided by practically everyone else.
