hösuj höralgü (høˈʃuj ˈhørɒlɟ)
Crystal grass is found throughout the Pezű prím Walking through a field of hösuj höralgü as the sun's fading rays cast small rainbows that jump from crystal to crystal. Easily covering entire fields in small rainbows while the crystals on the mountain ridges cast several large rainbows across the lands.
is known to be a distant cousin ofHi ralgü though much smaller and tougher than its larger cousins. These brilliant crystals can be found in a variety of colors with the most common being shades of green, red, yellow, and blue, other colors such as purple, gold, pink, and silver have been observed as well.
The largest of these plants are found on Vonirina, the widest variety of colors is found on Vonroüsn while the smallest of these plants are found on gerrúétt. hösuj höralgü is only found in gold on Dagesé and only in silver on Kűhis hiredast.
Genetics and Reproduction
is known to grow from crystal flakes, in the spring large clouds of these flakes can be found just a few feet off of the ground as the winds spread the flakes allowing them to cover great distances and rapidly spread each spring.
Growth Rate & Stages
Once the crystal flakes settle on the ground, the new growth will take between 12- 17 days to emerge above ground, approximately 90 to 96 days later the new growth will be considered fully grown.
Ecology and Habitats
These hardy crystals can adapt to a variety of environments and temperatures. Once hösuj höralgü begins to sprout the process has started which will allow other plants to be able to move into the area with ease as the crystal creates cracks in the metal surface of these planets revealing the rock layer beneath. On Vonroüsn these crystals are known to grow from biological plants as well as from the ground.
Dietary Needs and Habits
hösuj höralgü are sustained by nutrients they absorb from the rocks, as well as turning sunlight and crystal flakes into nutrients.
Vonirina, Kűhis hiredast and Duessék gádul have a similar yearly cycles that affect the hösuj höralgü. The first droughts of spring are a sure sign that soon large clouds of crystal flakes will begin accumulating just a few feet off the ground, where the heavy winds of spring can easily spread them far and wide. Vonroüsn sees small clouds of crystal flakes being to accumulate between mid to late spring, and then dispersed by the migratory birds and other animals. The flakes can stick to them for hundreds of miles before dropping off to sprout new growth. gerrúétt here hösuj höralgü is only found in parks and other protected green spaces. Each spring when the clouds of crystal flakes rise they are gathered and transported to either new planed green space, used to maintain current green space, or sold to terraforming companies who use it to seed uninhabited planets.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
hösuj höralgü can be found in just about every environment in the Pezű prím, from the high desert to the northern tundra, and on planets with biological and non-biological life. They are viewed as a sign that an area or planet while possibly not habitable when discovered will be in the future as these plants spread.
Civilization and Culture
it's thought thatcisadöx ntexnolsemch were brought to the different planets by asteroids. While most of the crystals continued to evolve underground some stayed on the surface and followed a different evolutionary path beginning to multiply and spread across the surface of the world, giving rise to many of the plant species found throughout sü em /su em/. The rainbows cast by these crystals while common have been known to vary before large-scale natural disasters or before particular violent conflicts. If the crystals instead of casting rainbows cast a single band of red or black light it's time to bunker down and prepare for whatever trouble may becoming. These variations from the normal are often only found where the event will occur or within the area that will be impacted and has been used as an early warning system for millennia.
