sea elves

The mysterious sea elves are the smallest elven subculture hailing from the tiny island nation of Nerymer off the coast of Penarchia.
The sea elves ancestors survived the Second Unmaking by allying with Merfolk and other Scaraquans.
The sea elves value their privacy and are very isolationist. Until fairly recently, the sea elves were little more than a tall tale for Penarchian sailors. Not much is known about them.
Sea elves are terrestrial creatures and cannot breathe water without magical assistance but they are spiritually tied to Scaraqua. They worship the Nine by their names and visages, above all they worship the Seeyirah, the daughters/sisters of the Sea.
