Technically a second generation dragon blood, Heulwen was far too human looking to be a legitimate dragon blood of the second generation.  Huelwen was the second obviously illegitimate child of Lady Rhian Fremiss the Promiscuous.
She was a more potent sorceress than most of her true born cousins though she lacked her brother's Gerralt's  ability to defty sell her magical skills.  She was better known for her many affairs both with dragon bloods and ordinary humans, producing many bastard children with sorcerous talent.
