Cyclops Island

In recognition for their services to Lunatus and the Elven Empire, government , the Lunatan cyclopes were given jurisdiction over Cyclops Island in perpetuity.
Approximately 10,000 cyclopes live there.   Other citizens of the Empire visit often but they seldom stay long.  Despite the rumors, visitors are treated well and definitely not  eaten though the locals like to make jokes about eating visitors.

Geography

Tropical island with gently rolling hills and white sandy beaches.  A paradise if it wasn't filled with scary monstrous humanoids.

Ecosystem

There isn't much in the way of animal life, at least not any big animal life.  Just small birds and squirrels and stuff.  Everything bigger was eaten.

Natural Resources

Cyclopes island has some fertile orchards and fields of grain, but the island still has to import foodstuff from elsewhere in the Empire, especially livestock.
They have to import most of their mineral wealth as well, especially since smithing is so big in the Lunatan Cyclopes culture.
