Carcelli is still young, but she is very ambitious and driven, being one of the most politically active Children in Fumaya. For her young age, she is quite an adept illusionist and poisoner.
She is publicly a patriotic supporter of Fumaya against Swynfaredia because of their support for pro-sorcery Children heretics.
She provided some aid to Neshik in his fight against the metamorph crime lord Etch because one of his minions murdered a friend of hers who used to be her many reagents dealer.
She has gotten some flak from her fellow Children by espousing greater cooperation with the other eight priesthoods of @nona
Carecelli is an attractive wizard priest of Greymoria in King's Lake. She helped the PCs oppose Etch's criminal organization by providing information and discounted potions.
