How Egret Made Mukacho Part1 Report

General Summary

The archivists arrived at The Council of Heirs, and introduced themselves to one another. Paya claimed to be renound for his knowledge of the sea, Beatrice said she was called from the spirit world, Zinagats said she was good at finding information, and Tala attempted to use a coin to go off in a random direction.

As they finished their introductions, Heir Egret, Eskanil showed up, and sent them off to talk to Elder Egret, Alashaya at the Nest of House Egret. At the Nest, the archivists saw a red haired woman (who they later discovered was Venerable Egret, Zebiit) storming away from the kitchen. Half of the party followed Zebiit, and learned her named, while the other half went into the kitchen and greeted Alashaya. Although Alashaya said she was too busy to give them the recipie at this time, the archivists were able to talk her around by helping out with the cooking, and learned the first half of the Mukacho Hereditary Recipe. They also learned that Zebiit was Alashaya's sister, and, according to Alashaya, likely knew the other half of the recipie.

Unfortunatly, when the archivists managed to track down Zebiit, she was handling a catastrophe at the river, with some of the swimmers from House Egret. The crawfish that the swimmers had pulled from the river had all had bites taken out of them. Some husbandry skills indicated that the bites looked more like the pattern of a bug eating a leaf than of any normal kind of bite marks, and that the crawfish seemed to be missing their Adanadi' diaries, which were back at the Nest.

Returning to the Nest, the archivists met Eskanil retuning from the Council of Heirs. She agreed that the diaries would likely have the details of the story, but that Alashaya would not be pleased to be reminded of the diaries. She and Zinagats decided to distract Alashaya, while everyone else rummaged through the diaries. After 2 hours, the party was able to find the last missing piece of the Mukacho story.
