Once attuned to the "crown" twice a day the owner of the crown can change the "wording" of a phrase that is spoken out loud. (DC15 Charisma check)

History

This coin was the center of a band of hecklers that taunted performers at theaters in the greater known world. It would be passed along from town to town causing misfortune and other random problems for the performers.

Significance

Its last known location was in a theater in Windsfall. Where a theater was burned to the ground in a tragic accident.
