Bestiary February Challenge

Hello and welcome to the homepage for all the articles that I write for the Bestiary February challenge of 2023!

I am not doing the prompts in order, and I don't plan on completing all of them. I am using this opportunity to flesh out some stubs that have been sitting in my article list for a good while!

Prompt #20: "Gentle"

I may or may not have written the article first and then picked a prompt from the list that matched it. Anyway, giant sky rays are just about as gentle as can be, because they are too stupid to be anything else.

Giant sky rays are a staple to SanZera as they are one of the most iconic and recognizable floatbeasts. I'm excited to finally have an article for them, even if I'm sure it will receive many updates in the future.

Prompt #10: "Danger"

The Nystylvrn are a carnivorous species of sky ray that behave like a combination of predatory birds and piranhas. They fly around in Sanoris during the Dusk year and terrorize the local ungulate population.

They are the only species of sky ray in SanZera that is actively dangerous towards people! They can and will eat you. They probably won't, though, because they prefer things a bit bigger, like horses. So just... don't ride a horse at night. Or maybe just stay in the forest.
