Glassblower

The glassblowers of Fariweb are famed across all of Kisangi for their skill both in blowing glass and in creating molded glass. They all produce glass that can be sharpened and used in the operations performed in Kisangi, including the delicate removal of cateracts from the eyes.

Qualifications

A glassblower must obtain a certification from the Glass Guild of Fariweb. This certification requires the applicant to demonstrate their skills before the council of masters at the skill level required, journeyman or master.

Payment & Reimbursement

A glassblower maybe work for a master or may open their own shop, if the guild permits them a licence.

Social Status

Glassblowers have high social status in Kisangi as the guild produces the sowah charms that are central to the Order of the Threesome. In addition, they produce the pens that continent writes with.
