Sand and Stars

The discovery of Arazi and the draconic Kumlarin was the Tolesian's first opportunity to explore interstellar diplomacy with a primitive species.   The industrialized but otherwise collapsed Kumlarin was recovering from devastating wars of attrition and a global ecological event when the Tolesians arrived with a small scouting party. After initial surveys and general introductions, the Tolesians began to work to assist their newfound foes.   The Tolesians though were thinking bigger than the petty kingdoms and lawlessness of the lands, they wanted to further integrate the society into theirs, soul, mind, and body. The Kumlarin aren't fools though and they too want to use their newfound benefactors to elevate their own standing.
