The Speaker's League/ Avedath Family

The Third branch of the Magistocracy of Oxchester, the Speaker's League, lead by the Descendents of Yuri Avedath, handle the relations between Oxchester and the Reef Council as well as handling the scouting and more martial combat against the forces to the Maelstrom. Therefore, they handle ambassadorial duties and merchant protection.
Within their ranks is the Horizon Walker Conclave of Rangers that hunt warlocks and investigate reports of incursions within the city.
