The Dreaming Collective
In the deep deep recesses of the world, lie the Dreaming Collective. A race of dwarves, psychically enhanced due to millenia near the resonating stones of Vinnaverold. These dwarves understand the natural creation of things, how to sing metal from the rocks, crystals to grow and the empathy they share with one another. In order for them to survive however, they have made great sacrifices. Dwarves forced to interact with the over races must sever themselves from the psychic link held by the rest of the collective. These are the Bisects, those who have made 1, to two. This was a necessary stipulation as the thoughts of other people are found to be a corrupting force in the collectives works.
Structure
The Collective is made up of the dwarven psychics and the bisects who manage international relations.
Public Agenda
This changes like the wind, Sometimes you have to pay the collective in frogs, toys, recovered gems to see how the crystals grow in a controlled environment, all things are highly irregular with almost no pattern

they control the Iron and Crystal acquisition, both used to create the machines of the Prime Designs, the Ihari, the Shade Barrons, all new machines begin here.
History
The Dreaming Collective was once made up of many dwarves but the more Bisect's were created, the further dwarves strayed, creating hill, mountain and all others.
