Salriki

Salriki is the Mortal Realm of the Stains of Sangre universe. It exists below the God Realm, Nirva and can be observed through a portal that exists between the two realms.   Salriki is made up of 4 major land masses and made up of eight prominent countries: Tretten, Chyros, Sangre, Pelheim Islands, Ixis, Fabers, Jalid, and Expic. The main storyline focuses on Tretten and Sangre but other countries do make an appearance whether through cultural drift or travel.   Magic is an essential part of Salriki. Without it, plants can't grow properly, land becomes unstable, and everything begins to die. It is created through hot spots in the land that flow all around Salriki through the multiple "underground rivers" known as Magic Flows. However, a problem arrises when suddenly the Magic Flows start to dry out and deprive multiple places around the planet to lose access to magic and therefore cause a shortage. What is even more mysterious is that the Hot Spots continue to churn out magic but are stuck and are becoming ticking time bombs that could destroy the entire world if not stopped. Unfortunately, nasty politics and dark schemes get in the way.
