A note on the landmass that The Hunt for Tiamat takes place.
A wholesome place to be - not overwhelmingly dark, corrupt, overrun, racist, or unexplored.
The biggest issue is probably the looming threat of becoming Tiamat's plaything when and if her power returns.

Geography

The topography was shaped by deities at war and biomes are unnaturally set. The southeast is a desert, the northeast a cold, unforgiving wilderness, the northwest is a sprawling seafarer utopia, and the southwest is a scorched wasteland.
There is a cluster of mountains near the center where good dragons roost.
Apart from that, it consists of mostly light forests and plains.
