Saldis
About the size of our Earth, though just a touch smaller, Saldis is a planet covered in saltwater. It is the only habitable planet.
It sports thin rings made of ice, dust, and small meteorites.
Geography
Primarily covered in saltwater, Saldis boasts many different climates on the land that it does have. There are rolling hills, humid deserts, and endless forests.
Behind the hood, it has only one continent but several tectonic plates. It has a molten core.
Underwater, there are many hills and valleys, with one deep trench called the Monster's Coven. There are several plateaus and kelp forests.
On land, it gets colder and snowier the further North you go, and warmer and sunnier the further south. There is no land near the south pole of the world.

What an interesting challenge you have set yourself, to feature varied climates in a world so dominated by water. Do you have any mountains that might help create continentality and cause the desert area(s)? I'd love to see your map linked right on this page so I can reference it as I read your description. Your underwater area promises some interesting exploration (or so I hope, from this article?). Thanks for sharing! :)
Several mountain ranges, yes! I will definitely link the map here and push the underwater areas to a higher priority.
Awesome :D
