Zeribian stew recipe

A variation of this stew is regularly served in every Zeribian household.
A huge selection of vegetables grows wild or cultivated on the Eastern Islands, and basically any of them are suitable for this stew. Only some strong flavourful chili, spices and coconut milk are really needed for the right taste. The stew is more traditionally eaten with fish, but any game will be valued for the sake of variation.

Manufacturing process

Grill the meat on a camp fire. Prepare all the vegetables while the meat is cooking. Then take a large pot, and place it over the fire. Quickly fry the spices and chili in fat to release the flavours. Add vegetables and coconut milk. Cook for a while in order for the the vegetables to soften a bit and the aroma to mix deliciously. Be careful that the more tender ingredients don't become overcooked! Finally pour the stew over the chunks of meat. Serve with grains or bread, and fresh fruit.
