The Pioneer Trade Building

The Pioneer Trade Building is one of the older buildings on the Pioneer Township of Starwatch, and is currently rented to the Twin Oaths. This buildings historical significance is best defined by its role as a seperating line between South Gate and Pioneer Township.
This three story building is registered formally for trade-proffesion Guilds and has seen use as a school, distribution center for a smithy guild, but it is most frequently rented by Lay Healer guilds. Standing one floor above the surrounding buildings, this structure is easily recognizable for the bandages seen drying outside the upper stories like pennents.

History of Healers

The Pioneer Trade Building is best known for its role as a house of healing. Positioned along the inner walls just outside the porticulls between South Gate and Pioneer Township, it is readily accesable by the Military Acadamies of South Gate and the budding young adventuerers guilds of Pioneer Township. Because of their proximity to these high risk occupations, there is always buisness for healers, and overtime the building simply continued to attarct these succesful renters.
Medical Porters tasked with bringing their charges to the nearest acceptable medical bay have oft been noted to travel half way across either district to reach the Pioneer Trade Building. With the succesfull leasing agreement wit the Twin Oaths, some retired adventueres in the well to do Laketown district have made agreements with their local porters to carry them to Pioneer Trade Building in the case of a medical event.

Ownership and Renters

The Pioneer Trade Building is owned by the Office of Trademaster Joyce Wooten. Originally obtained from another Trademaster whom was foreclosing on late renters, Wooten remoddeld the enterior to provide more office space. It would serve as Wooten's Pioneer Township headquarters and waypoint for her runners and accountants.
However, with the boom in adventeres guilds in Pioneer Township over the last forty years (and Joyce's own success in land aquisition), it had begun leasing to unrecognized guilds. While averaging five or less years of ownership, the most succesfull renters were healers and trade guilds that facilitated goods and services for expeditions outside of the Starwatch walls. As Pioneer guilds would head out towards South Gate, they would recquisition medical supplies. On their return they would get bandaged on their way back home.
Three years ago, Twin Oaths applied for rent of the Pioneer Trade Building. This was quickly approved as the current renters, [name tbd] were to be recognized by a South Gate Trademaster, and their lease was terminated.

Goods and Services

The Twin Oaths provide non-denominational healing services for a nominal fee, as well as thirty beds for short and long term care on site. They have two opperation rooms and seasonally enroll five to ten apprentice healers every year within their educate-to-hire programming.
In additiona to magical and physical health options, they posses a small store front for the purchase of common supplies, and with advanced notice (and payment) a journeyman healer can be requistioned to accompany an adventuring party if both parties find the agreement beneficial.
