Summer Pledge

I swear to use the limited writing time I'll have during Summer Camp to go back to HAVE FUN WRITING! There are a lot of sparse ideas for S'ard and Phaldorya that need to be put on page, so if anything fits one of the prompts I'll submit it. If not, I pledge to twist and turn the prompts until they become as naughty as I can make them and put them in the hands of my unfit for polite company muse, either for immediate short story material or to be added to my running list of fantasies, snippets, dialogues and all kind of things that might or might not be used at some point.

Self Care and Support

During this Summer Camp I pledge to shun the S.M.A.R.T. goals and not focus on any of the many quantifiable paramethers for success. No number of articles, no likes, no comments, no badges or wordcount. Just pure daydreaming and joyous writing and community love. I pledge to keep in touch with my friend's projects so I am always in the position to have some fun brainstorming and help them find the hook for that article they are struggling with.

A love letter

Overall I hope this SummerCamp will bring as many laughs and virtual hugs and love as the last one to all my friends in the WA community and in particular to my two WA *cwtch*. One year ago, when I first peeked in the WA Discord, I hoped to just waste a little time and maybe steal a few tips. I would have never imagined to find all the friendship, support, understanding I did, and my life changed for the better because of you.
