Scene I: An unofficial mission

The PCs and their partners are called by Rubia to arm a defensive mission to provide one of the last traigolzus with a safe place to spend its last days. The intel gathered so far suggests that a foreigner military lab has been tracking the monster's movements and plans to attack it when its more fragile, probably with the intent of collecting the hypnotic substance it uses during its rampages.   It is important that the operation is carried over by the dolphins only, since the monster might try to attack the humans if they are too close by.   The first part of the mission will consist in finding, in the usual Traigolzu's territory, a cave that is easily defensible by a small number of dolphins.

Unbeknownst by the PCs, Rubia is a coga, whose main motivation is to plant the seed of discors between Janas and humans. In this instance her aim is to retrieve one of the last eggs of the Traigolzu and raise the monster for her own scopes.
From the research, the team will identify 3 caves that can be fit for the scope. Each of them present different pros and cons and the team should plan a different strategy for each.
The first cave is a simple cave with a wide entrance and deep corridor that ends in a single wide chamber. It provides an easy access and a single entrance to defend, but the natural terrain doesn't provide much scope for strategy and the group will need to rely mostly on strenght and combat skills to defend it unless they can arm an effective trap in the relative short time they have.
The second cave is a multichambered complex with two submarine entries, both of which can be accessed by the creature. It provides an emergency exit and scope to trap internal corridors to stop intruders, but the group needs to come up with a way to safely control both entrances.
The third cave has two submarine entrances and a land passage. All the passage are accessible to the traigolzu, and the configuration gives even more possibility to use the terrain at their own advantage, but the land entrance can be tricky to monitor. This is the cave closest to the current location of the monster.
The Squad has at its disposal any equipment that can be reasonably acquired by a military and scientific research centre, and of course any equipment available to civilians. The critical point is that any of such equipment needs to be easily operated by dolphins.

Scene2: Transfer and setting.

The group has a limited time before the Traigolzu's conditions start to deteriorate. They can either choose to transfer the creature first and set up any trap or further security systems around it, or set everything up before the transfer.                                     During the vigil a strange individual approaches the cave requesting entry. If the party negotiates, they discover that it is one of the fairy companions of the monster. The corporate will try to approach the cave and capture the monster if no attempts are made to intercept them before. during the final battle the traigolzu will pass away and its companion will reemerge from the cave holding a single egg that they will tell you they will take care of.
