Tier 1 God
A tier 1 god is a god or a goddess that has achieved the highest level of strength possible, even for a divine being. A tier 1 god is often capable of creating or destroying entire planes, and even the weakest tier 1 gods can take on several of the strongest Tier 2 Gods on their own at once.
Appointment
To become a tier 1 god, an existing tier 1 god must be overthrown or must willingly give the new appointee their position, usually through some form of ceremony unique to the god themself.
