Phildwarvelphia

This is the home of the Dwarven Kingdom. The ruling class lives in a large tower which guards the entrance to the tunnels under the mountains. It is unclear how large the dwarf population is but it is believed to be at least 10,000.
There are also a contingent of about 200 elves who live in and around the tower. The elves have setup "temporary housing" outside the tower.
The dwarves are fine craftsmen of metal, wood and ale.
The elves serve as teachers and have helped improve processes of crafting.
