Don had a notebook among his belongings... He had written down some notes about the party members. Don's Notes:
Day 71: Miri - A bright young lady, Inspiring and strong leader, kind heart, amazing shot with a bow, "Always remember to look at the bright side"

Nicholas - stunning good looks, intelligent, pragmatic, more than meets the eye,
"It is only in adventure that some people succeed in knowing themselves in finding themselves. "
Franklin - Strong, Great potential , Braver than given credit for, "Only in the darkness can you see the stars."

Ohron Great Faith, Caring for others, Inquisitive, "Wonder is the beginning of wisdom"
Day 73: Meela - Friend of the Fae, Loyal, Cherished daughter, Fierce friend, "Fate like the moon is fickle and feels random but each night there is a chance to find a bright sky"
Day 74: Feeling much better. Not sure how I lasted so long like that. I feel like myself again. .......... Oh, Aurora, I should have stayed...
Day 75: A goat in the belly is better than an ass - things I remembered today.
Day 76: Nice work girls! You are like 2 sides of the same rhombus! 
Day 109: I'm so sorry you had to find out that way. I was never meant to be a father and I don't have time to be one now. Take my key. Find the weapons. Come to the tower when you have them all. Also, Aaron - I know you didn't mean to break that Promise.. Maybe you can fix it still. That would help.

Donald is an kind elderly gentlemen who works in the office of the town watch. He does do some patrols around town and such on his off hours but mostly he is pushing paper these days. Don had a rough time on a recent adventure and upon receiving a gift from a young girl named Meela, he appears to have died. His soul headed off East or West depending on who is telling the story.
