The Inner Circle

The Inner Circle is the area closest protected by the The Omnipresence and is the only space with towns built on the surface in the Omnipresence Independent Territories. There isn't a single town within The Inner Circle that isn't under complete influence of The Omnipresence. That being said it also serves as the safest place to live in theOmnipresence Independent Territories, Automatons serving The Omnipresence act as sentinels and are completely integrated as members of society. Most Inner Circle towns have a church dedicated to The Omnipresence where service is practiced once every week. Prayer for celebration of any other deity has been banned from The Omnipresence and such practices could end up getting a townsperson exiled and sent into The Outer Circle or The Plaguelands.
