On the outskirts of The Omnipresence is a mass of rubble and debris built up on the surface. Some would see it as a hindrance, but to The Omnipresence it is an opportunity. The Omnipresence constructed special drones that are designed to collect scrap and eliminate potential threats that exist hidden within The Outer Circle. Visually they look like giant tripods with a body built from an upside down dome shape, a large High Powered Magical Implement is mounted on the bottom with a spotlight. It stands at a daunting sixteen feet tall with reinforced claw-like legs creating loud creaking movements as it scans the The Outer Circle.
