Governor King of Donglin Zongchang Zhang (a.k.a. "72-Cannons Chang", "Pitch-Pot General")
This warlord, in exchange for a good deal of treasure and troops from Fu Guanting, merged his territory with Ganju.
His father was a drunken Bard known for playing a trumpet and shaving heads. His mother was a famous exorcist, known occasionally as the Witch of Renzaohudong. When his parents separated, he eventually came to a life of petty crime. Though illiterate, he rose through the gang ranks and became the chief bandit of the East Forest. When his province was attacked by monsters and he couldn't rally enough defenses, he cleverly negotiated protection and a sum of treasure from the Ganju Emperor. As Governor King of Donglin City, he is known as both a gambler and a tactical savant.
