King Eldred Becomes Chieftain

Eldred is made chieftain of Littlebrook and Caerdic departs for Khemit.

Upon their return to Littlebrook Tamar pronounces Eldred the new chieftain, following on from his father, Alban.   On the same day Caerdic departs into the Great Desert, despite both Lynna and Eldred pleading with him not to go. he says he is going to find the Keri-heb and follow his destiny. He will not be seen again for 20 years.
