Organ Filch
Organ filches scour the shadowed streets of densely populated cities for vagrants from which they harvest fresh parts to replace their failing organs. They open up their victims with long scalpels and carry bottles filled with preservative fluid to hold their harvests until they can return to their lairs and install the stolen flesh in their bodies.
An organ filch goes about covered by a hooded canvas cloak that is stained with blood from previous hunts. Beneath is a ghastly figure wrapped in snug linens and wearing elaborate headgear fitted with lenses to help it perform surgery.
