Juiyan

A strange "Wizard" who lives in the middle of the desert in a castle that can sink beneath the sands to protect it from the heat and glaring sunlight of the Zenwey desert (as well as invaders). He collects technologies from around the world like his electircal staff, and the technology used to raise and lower his home. He works with the Nightmen, an uneasy peace he has created with them by sending them slaves.
