Warlocks in Rine are people who make pacts with powerful entities in return for magical abilities. Typical patrons include the gods or powerful Fey. Voidcallers are a particular sect of Warlocks that pact with Yami or Angels; due to the inherently destructive nature of both patrons, practicing voidcalling is both heavily frowned upon and illegal in most places.
