Grey Cowls

A group of sorcerers and wizards who patrol Rimosus to protect it from those who would destroy and unnatural abominations such as liches, evil sorcerers, dark cults, demons etc. and any form of undead or aberration. Headquarters is a massive tower located on the northern coast of Neidr.

Structure

Grey Watcher (absolute leader on their death a member is elected from the ranks of the Unhooded), Unhooded (Second highest rank there can only be at any one time 75 Unhooded often powerful no longer wears a cowl to hide their face. If one becomes the Grey Watcher or dies the remaining pick a Grey Cowl to take their place the offer can be turned down without penalty if they want to keep their anonymity), Grey Cowl (Basic member always has their face hidden underneath a Grey Cowl.), Brown Cowl (apprentice or new recruit trains at the tower under the unhooded until they are ready to apprentice under a grey cowl for 2 years after which they become a grey cowl.)
