Rima
This is a city-state that once led the rest of the continent into the new technological age. Once a city filled with hope and progress, it is now faced with invasion and revolution after years of corrupt leadership. The city is filled with the Air Guard's dirigibles patrolling the skies while the *police* patrol the tall and numerous highways entering and circling the city. Glistening skyscrapers rise up from the wealthier districts while the rest of the population resides in crumbling brick towers and works in filthy factories.
