Princess of Atla and Heir to the Throne ahead of her sister, Anathe. Daughter of Queen Blakely Tamarnee-Polaris and King Kendrick Tamarnee. Unlike her sister, who has the Polaris Blush, Rea does not possess any physically enhancing Flare.

Due to the immense training she puts herself through, pushing herself knowing she doesn't have the natural born power like her older sister, she is in incredible physical condition.

Identifying Characteristics

Has glowing orange tears, as all Tamarnee descendants do. Although, due to the fact that Rea doesn't possess the signature fire flare like her father, her tears merely glow and are not flammable.

Special abilities

While she technically doesn't possess either of her parents Flares, which means her powers aren't visible, she does have a hidden Flare. She is able to sense people's emotions and movements from incredible distances, even when they aren't in sight, and has impervious skin. Along with her incredible passion and fighting abilities, this power only enhances her, making her one of the strongest people in all of Atla.

Apparel & Accessories

When within the castle walls, out of sight of tourists, Rea wears very little clothing, merely training tops and shorts along with glebb gauntlets and gloves when she is creating something. While outside the walls of the castle, Rea dresses head to toe in royal attire while adorning the Duchess' crown and jewels. Despite the best attempts from Kendrick and Blakely, Rea refuses to wear any royal attire within the castle walls.

Personal history

Though born as the second child to Blakely and Kendrick, she was always destined to take the throne over her sister. Being favorited to Anathe, Reuna received the most "princess" like treatment of the two. Though this didn't stop her from wanting to be more powerful than her sister. Seeing how powerful her sister's Polaris Blush could be, and knowing she wasn't gifted with either of her parent's powers, Rea pushed herself constantly. Learning to fight in the two most difficult fighting styles in the kingdom, Vreuz and Idis, she also worked her mind. With her access to various materials and unlimited wealth Reuna used this to her advantage to become a master engineer, creating various Remnant-based technologies she uses as Flare substitutes. The most common of these are her "fire boots" which she infused with Rose Remnant and can create superheated pink flames from the soles and sides.

Education

Though Rea had the option to go to Almne's prestigious "Nila Academy", the kingdom's best school, she chose not to. Rea decided to self teach herself, which is why she is such a good fighter and engineer at such a young age.

Employment

Using her mastery in engineering, she often helps various Rhydan scientist with prototypes to various advance Remnant technologies.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Created a prototype handheld Remnant powered projectile weapon with Rhydan scientists.
Became Duchess of Gwyn.
One of five living masters of the Idis style. As well as the youngest master by far and completely self taught.

Intellectual Characteristics

She is known as one of the brightest young minds in Rhydar. Even having a pet Brola, an owl like creature known to only bond with people of high intellectual potential or power. With the amount of white feathers corresponding to the owner's intelligence, Rea's Brola is completely white.

Though she is very smart, her aggressive nature often leads her to quick unthoughtful decisions, such as being known as a tough and unforgiving ruler. Although, while she is like this, Reuna does wish for the best for her people and will die for them.

History

Though kendrick loves his daughter very much, it seems as though that as the years have gone on his shown love for his daughter has dwindled much more than Blakely's. This has caused tension in the family in recent times as Rea has become even more jealous of Anathe, as Kendrick has shown more and more love towards his first born.

Since the two were little, Reuna has always been jealous of Anathe's Blush, knowing that her sister was born with a better gift than her's. So Reuna has trained her whole life perfecting her Flare so that she can prove to herself that her power is better than her sister's. Ana has always respected her sister's dedication to physical training and the training of her Flare. But she was never really as into it as her sister. Though she would always be thrown into training sessions with her sister, being forced by her mother to fight her sister. And even though she would always lose to her much more experienced sister, Reuna always thought that her sister wasn't trying her hardest and never accepted any of her win's against her.

Despite being self-taught, Reuna speaks beautiful Royal Siara as well as fluent Rheyan and Brevi. And although, despite her best efforts, she is unable to speak Forebearer, only read slightly.

Weaponry

Rea's greatest invention apart from her own "fire boots" is probably the projectile weapon she created. A glove with small Atlan gold tips and laced with Remnant is paired with a specific Swyn that is used to produce electricity to allow this glove to shoot tiny lightning based projectiles long distances. Though it is useful the only prototype is held within the Polaris Castle by Reuna herself and has many side effects that come along with its use.
