Gundan of Saku

The Gundan of Saku is made up of the elite warriors of Saku. The leader is the highest ranked person in the Gundan.
The Gundan are a bureaucracy and military organization all in one. Similar to the feudal system in Japan.
The rank a person achieves in the Gundan is determined on merit and service. Where someone starts though, is based on how they do in the Saiban. If a competitor does well in the Saiban, they can gain an immediate post to the Rida.
The Gundan is split into three branches, the Rida who are managers and leaders of different sections of Saku. They are the main police and military force, the executive branch. Next is the Kanryo, they handle day to day governance and bureaucracy of Saku, the judicial branch. Lastly is Gaikokan, who handle all trade, diplomacy, and economy of Saku, the legislative branch.
