Melisizwe Kone (a.k.a. Meik Brahms)

The great-great-grandson of King Shakir Kone, Massui Kone is the rightful heir to Maiersel. This identity is a secret, he is known as Meik Brahms. The young warrior has never traveled to Maiersel, his family deeming it too dangerous. Instead, the young man grew up in New Esland where many fear the dragon Kornarak, planning rebellions. He serves the New Esland military, gaining prestige as he climbs the ranks. He and his family hope to one day reclaim their kingdom.

Massui blends in well enough with the diverse citizens of New Esland. When compared to natives of the area he sticks out a little. He has dark eyes and hair, best described as brown, and naturally tanned skin.

Personal history

Massui was born in New Esland and raised in the country his entire life. His family is three generations removed from the throne in Maiersel, but has struggled to establish themselves outside of the kingdom. They escaped with only minor wealth and this was spent in the first generation by Shakir Kone's wife, [name]. She escaped with their son, [name]. They were able to purchase a home in Heske'setia and live a modest life. [The next generation] decided to travel to New Esland, where the Astalet empire had just been overthrown to better protect against the dragon ruler. Setting up a new life in New Esland required all the wealth saved from life in Heske'setia, thus leading to a poor life for young Massui and his family.
In attempt to support his family while simultaneously gaining respect, Massui joined New Esland's military. He fought under Even Save of the mountains, eventually gaining [an elite rank]. He is skilled with a spear foremost, although he later learned swordplay upon reaching higher ranks.
Most noteworthy (so far), Massui served as one of the mountain's champions in the [yearly tournament] at City of Thi. He came in third place in the sword duels...
