Rampant Mutations ideas
Brainstorming Resident Evil Ideas
Overview: My resident evil ideas. Raptor Dogs: Dogs that have mutated raptor claws and sharper teeth. They hunt in packs, stalking the streets. Parasite Warlord: A warlord who has empowered himself and his soldiers with parasites. In his boss battle he will mutate into a combat form but ultimately defeated. It's all connected: All the monsters are a literal part of the main creature. They are sort of clones that have been birthed by the monster and fanatically serve it. It seeks to grow exponentionally and take over it all. . .Overarching ideas/Basics
Reasonable Biomass: No going from one person to giant skyscraper mutant. Eat corpses or explain where the biomass came from. Environmental Usage: While claws and natural weapons are nice, I like to see using sharp metal, stone, things from the environment as weapons. Stabilizing Agent: While this Mutagen is still mutagenic, it's main function and use is to stabilize other mutations. Chemical Weapons: Instead of necessarily higher-caliber or harder hitting weapons, these bullets are infused with chemicals that screw with the pathogen enhancing a subject. Parasite Farm: A farm where all the menial workers and beasts of burden are controlled by a hive mind parasite. Free labor that doesn't rebel. It takes in many kinds of people, people that needed to 'disappear'. Their mental faculties are lacking, but that's partially intentional.Tribal Parasites
Overview: Resident Evil 5 ideas. Mostly starting from the Ndesu and the tribal Majini. Brood King: A giant infested with a brood creating parasite. These parasites can be easily harvested from the king. It requires a lot of food. These large parasites enable the king to quickly regenerate from damage, though they tend to emerge from the thick skin for air, exposed to potential damage. It could be a reoccurring boss enemy, slowly getting more and damaged as its body and brood desperately tries to keep itself intact. Eventually, the King parasite perishes, and the King decays into the smaller parasites with some biomass dripping everywhere. This Giant is the Tribal Chief, doesn't matter if it had no tribal heritage, it now serves as a lord through its parasites. It has several tribal markings and basic clothing and armor worn. It has a thin beard and smiles with intentional malice. It is fought with machine guns, showing its incredible resistance to even gunfire. It uses its environment as weapons, uprooting trees and poles, digging out rocks, and summoning its minions. Royal Guard: Direct guards of the Brood King. They have the royal parasites, meaning they grow tall and strong. They often wear heavy armor and special helmets to protect themselves and the parasite within. This parasite can mutate if its host is killed, destroying the Host's body and forming it into something new. Give and Take: Give parasites are the lowest of the low most of the time. Their main function is that when needed, a Take order gives over their biomass for whatever reason. A Broken Kingdom: A highly advanced society that built intricate ruins, likely with stone, around the Parasite. It is possible the parasite is extraterrestrial in origin. The tribal roots run deep and don't bother hiding. Their king is a giant, both physically and psychically towering over all. An "Inviting" Culture: Contrary to most tribes, this tribe welcomes all... so long as they submit to a ritual. This ritual is the implantation of the controlling parasite, truly welcoming to the devoted... and disturbing to the skeptical.Monster Ideas
Embryo Takeover: This is an embryo that vaguely resembles a human. It was inserted into anyone and anything the Embryo's progenitor was able to find. These embryos mutate within their host, and unless forcibly removed, mutate horribly within the body, eventually emerging as a separate beast. Some stay partially entwined with their host, controlling their human host as a second head of sorts. They have a modicum of intelligence but mostly are mindless. A lot end up bursting out or fully consuming their host. These creatures end up as far larger, more advanced beasts. While they have a vaguely humanoid appearance, one side even mostly in line with humans, the other side is horribly bloated, with a long neck ending in a worm-like face. One of their main weakspots is a glowing cyst-like creation, a major source of healing and mutation. Destroying this means the creature can't heal, and often ends with them collapsing dead. Sliced but revived: Those who fought Embryon infected, getting bodily injured, often gravely. However, even if their higher thought dies, their bodies begin to lightly regenerate from the source of injury, turning into somewhat irregular mutants. Armored Insect/ Tick: This is a large humanoid creature weighed down with a basic exoskeleton and otherwise hard armor. It is noted for its large, scythe arms and 2 feeler tentacles around the ears of its head. Spider Weaved: A giant spider that latches onto the backs of humans and possibly other prey. It softens its hard legs into semi-tentacles, weaving itself into the body. Shooting it often will kill the host, but the host is likely far gone by that point.Resident Evil 4 Ideas/ Parasite
Close to Human Parasite: This parasite mimics the human form. Possible name for this could be Chimera Parasite, being how it combines several forms into one cohesive whole, well, a cohesive hive mind. Blind and Sharp: These are big beefy men. Their eyes for some reason have been rendered useless, either through being sewn shut, removed, degraded, or simply covered. They have 1 large sword-sized slicer on each arm, ready to slice apart anyone who they hear or sense. One particular one has chainsaws for arms, but it has some other sensory organs or implants to make up for the fact it has 2 chainsaw engines near its ears. Its weak spot is its controlling parasite exposed on its back, though this is covered to protect it. Parasite Armor: Great warriors entombed in their armor, and they are now piloted by a parasite. They have stiff movements, but the exposed parasite is small, often erupting from openings, specifically the helmet area. Regenerative Bastard: A tall, fat humanoid monster. It raspily breathes to fuel the several parasites inhabiting it. It cannot be killed easily, and any destroyed limbs can regrow within seconds. Destroying the parasites piloting it causes the regenerative ability to go haywire, collapsing into a twitching mass before likely exploding from internal pressure. Giant Powered Parasite: A human grown to monstrous proportions, standing tall over most humans. Its parasite has grown alongside it, nearly the size of a human itself. It often has a gargantuan hunger, eating anything it can find. It finds itself often sleeping, as it cannot be awake for long. It is used as heavy labor, able to wield large pickaxes with no problem. Insectoid Beings: Early experiments of human, insect, and parasite hybridization. The early forms could fly and sometimes stealthily adapt to their surroundings, but they were imperfect. Later, a stronger strain was developed, not intended to control the lesser forms, but almost all the abilities of the lesser but expanded and upgraded on. Religion Warning: The tougher enemies tend to have church motifs on them, helping them to stand out a bit more in a crowd. The religious object can vary between a pendant and a set of religious stoles. Giant Salamander: This is a giant, heavily mutated salamander. It is left in a lake to feast on whatever is thrown in. It has sharp teeth, unbecoming of what it normally is. It is definitely one of the largest experiments, potentially even the start of the Chimera Parasite.Remove these ads.
