Tokrek

Tokrek are an aggressive species that inhabit several different regions across Meikta, including The Swamps of Norka and many more. They are the coyotes of Meikta- except they're bigger and with more teeth and claws.

Basic Information

Anatomy

This species has four limbs. It walks on all four. It has a dog like build, similar to a Great Dane, but hairier and slightly bigger. This species usually has four claws, about three inches long. It has a long tail that curves at the end, not unlike a scorpion. Its ears are long and stand right on top of its head, like a Fennec Fox. It has sharp teeth.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

This species uses their eyes to see, their nose to smell, their ears to hear, their skin to feel, and their mouth to taste. Blind Tokrek have been known to gain echolocation to help them survive when they go blind.

These creatures are descended from another dog-like animal, its name long forgotten, lost in the sands of time. (Code for, I'm lazy and this is a wip so hang tight while I generate names. TYSM!!)
