The Lorren

"Then came the Aerdroën, known as the Lorren; ageless beings that crossed the star-strewn paths of the sky. They were the people of the Seven Stars, whose wisdom descended from dreams and the Bright Power. From a dying world they came, bearing with them the memory of their kind that had perished in their darkening world. It is said that there are few left who remember their first homeland, and it remains only as a constant yearning for a land that they will never see again. "

Basic Information

Anatomy

Aerdroën in the old tongue, also called the People of the Seven Stars, the Lorren are a wise and noble race, living in harmony with the land. Gentle in nature, they are also fierce warriors, however reluctant to fight. They love to craft and design many types of items, and are famous for the items they create, such as armor, weapons, and magical talismans.   Tall and lithe, the Lorren are known for their seemingly ageless beauty and grace. They have elegant, aquiline features, with pale blue/silver tinged skin covered in very fine, short fur. They have pointed ears and their hair color varies from dark to light silver and is very feathery and light in texture. Their eyes are deep black, with white glowing pupils. Delicate spiraling antlers of crystal crown their brow. They have very long legs with delicate hooves, and glowing 'feathers' on their shoulders, ears, and arms. A fascinating aspect of their appearance is the intricate markings on their arms, hands, and faces. Resembling delicate tattoos, the Lorren are born with these markings, and are unique to each individual. The markings range from silver to faint blue, and emanate a faint light that intensifies when a Lorren uses magic.
