Vampires

Vampires are undead blood suckers that typically come out during the night, though not all of them, and not all of them acquire the sustenance the same way either.   Synergetic Vampires - They are the least violent, though they are not afraid to protect those that keep them sustained. They are the weakest of them, but also the most civilized - they will never use force to get blood, even if they are starving.   Nature Vampires - They are like the Synergetic but also like the Purists, they enjoy hunting their prey but they won't feed on Humanoids, and so they exclusively hunt Animals & Beasts.   Purist Vampires - They are the types that Vampires are typically known for, they'll feed off of humanoids, they'll kill their prey if they want, and are pretty violent. They are stronger than Nature & Synergetic Vampires, but they at greater risk of the Bloodlust than the others.   Feral Vampires - These ones have lost all traces of humanity in mind & appearance. They are extremely violent & monstrous looking. They will not hesitate to attack Non-Feral Vampires, and can easily be a plague for Vampires & Non-Vampires alike, and because of this, if a Hunter & a Purist spotted a Feral, they would hold off their death match to kill the Feral.

Common Myths and Legends

Myth 1
Kill the Master and the others will die
The Myth goes that if a Vampire turns another into one, all that a Hunter would have to do is find the "Master", kill him/her, and the others will either die & return to what they were before. No Vampire knows for sure where that myth came from, but it is speculated that Hunters are confusing it with a temporary weakness that the Sired feel from the loss of the one who turned them.
Myth 2
All Vampires are Evil
The living assumes that since all Vampires are undead, and that typically most things that undead are evil, that Vampires are as well. Vampires do not have to be heartless & soulless killers, some choose to become Donated Vampires, some will opt to take blood only from animals, while others will go the killer route. Hunters have mostly only dealt with the Killers, most are unaware of the others.
