Tuv
"The Tuv's lead a harsh life in the Ice Walker's domain but they survive some how. I think they're blessed by Tulla because what's a Divine without followers. I don't know if any of the Tuv pray to Tulla or not, but you couldn't pay me enough to go into that frozen hell hole."

Culture and cultural heritage
The Tuv specialize in hunting in the northern arctic of the Hinterlands. When a prey is slain the Tuv will bring it back to the clan and harvest the kill attempting to utilize all parts of the body. The parts that the clans have in excess they will trade with Pathfinder's that come to the Tuv lands. Most Pathfinders don't go to the Tuv lands willingly, but when they return with the furs and leathers the gold is worth the trouble.
Tuv lands are a breeding ground for yeti and artic ankheg. The Tuv's are known for their expertise in hunting and harvesting the yeti and artic ankheg with supernatural precision. The pristine condition of the harvested items meet not only the quality the nobles seek, but also those criteria that arcanist seek in their magical and alchemical reagents.
Funerary and Memorial customs
The Tuv lands are to cold to bury bodies so the Tuv make family cairns near the village, or in the village if the family was part of the founding members of the clan. Councilwomen are never buried in their family cairns , but are cremated and their ashes are kept in the clan hall.

Gender Ideals
The ideals of the Tuv will vary from clan to clan but there are common ideals that can be noted. The Tuv's a matriarchal society that usually has a council of women that lead the clan. How the council is elected varies from clan to clan but no men sit upon the council unless there's no available female for the position.
