Kimila

Government

The city of Kimila has not central government, nor judicial system. The city is ruled by the people causing a constant influx of peace and turmoil within Kimila. Kimila is currently in a state of peace that has persisted for 50 years. The current ruler Reagent Vilkmir has kept an iron first over the current denizens to ensure that nothing happens without his knowing. Vilkmir doesn't stop the crime out of care of the people; more out of concern for his, and his allies, political position within the city.

Assets

The largest asset of Kimila is the trade of illicit drugs. Being one of the easier ports to access for Safel and Uta'gosh drugs flourish to the Kimila in droves. The second chief asset is the deal in the slave market that Kimila prides itself on. Kimila works closely with the Uta'goshian sailors and slave traders to keep the flesh coming. Those that are strong or have handy skills are sold as workers, soldiers, or gladiators. Those that are exotic looking or are fare of features are usually kept by Vilkmir, or one of his allies, for their own personal harem; or as an exotic treat in one of the many houses of pleasure within the city.

Tourism

The tourist who come to Kimila are usually lowlifes seeking sex, drugs, or another depraved experience. Few actually come to utilize Kimila as an actual port of entry or as a place to resupply or repair.
