History
After Len'thral killed his brother Kalegos the Titans had decided that he needed to be trapped till they could discover how to sever Len'thral from the Silvered Soul. After being trapped and setting the guardians for the Isle the Titans left. Left to himself for an untold amount of time Len'thral finally broke free of his prison and slew his kin before sealing himself behind the realm gate.
During the slaughter of the Titans they attempted to make contact with their creations to return to the Isle and re-imprison Len'thral. Most of these omens were misinterpreted by their creations. They interpreted it as the Isle was to be avoided and that what was trapped there must never be found again.
After the Titans were killed the Gods sent visions to their flock about the terror that was awaiting them in the Isle and how it was not for the mortal races. Any information that existed about the Isle of the Eternal Prison was burned or destroyed. Only a few scraps of information were not destroyed and hidden by the followers of Ioun and other interested parties.
The Isle is now talked about in whispers by only the most dedicated scholars to lost knowledge. Even with their dedication there is still a lot of speculation on what the isle actually is since no map, physical account, or even location in the multiverse actually exist. The common accepted theory about the Isle is that if any mortal were to set foot upon that place they will be struck down by the thousands of guardians, or release the trapped Titan and end the multiverse.
