Judicar

The Judicar should more precisely be considered a specifically constructed and maintained geneline of the Pendrax that make up the most visible face of the Pendraxian Judicar Legion.
While the Pendrax species is made up of hundreds of stabilized genelines that consistently produce individuals with specific qualities and abilities, the development of the Judicar is similar to the genetic therapy and sculpting techniques used on Powered Armor Troopers, but to a level that far exceeds the technical capability of Earth. This process often leads to the development of not only a standard suite of superpendraxian abilities, but the expression of one or two other abilities. Based on these alternate abilities, Judicar will be assigned to Phalanxes.
The Phalanx is a group of nine or eighteen Judicar that are trained to act together and support each other on a deep level, similar to the most tightly integrated Earth Superhero Teams. The assignment to a Phalanx includes the gifting of a the signature black full-body uniform of the Judicar Legion. The composition of this uniform is so similar to Pendraxian skin coloration on a normal visual spectrum that from a distance it is difficult to tell the suit is even being worn. Being able to perceive the uniform in xray frequencies reveals a phantasmagorical array of patterns and shifting colors that is unmistakable. Despite it's minimal presentation in the common visual spectrum, this suit provides a substantial degree of protection to attacks and radiation, and a massive improvement in the ability of the Judicar to prevent sensory overload.
The Judicar form the backbone of the Legion, the Phalanxes perfoming administrative as well as protective, ambassadorial, and exploratory work as needed. Judicar One is considered the supernumenary leader of the Legion as a whole, although it is often difficult for non-Pendraxians to be able to tell Pendraxians apart. Add to this that every Phalanx has a Judicar One, one can see how it can be very confusing for non-Pendrax to understand how the Legion operates with the degree of efficiency that it manages.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

The Judicar show a stable array of abilities that would be recognized as Neohuman expressions. Certain Judicar have specialized abilities, but all of Judicar are capable of the following:

• Superstrength (into Neohuman equivalent levels)
• Superintelligence (into Neohuman equivalent levels)
• Flight
• Telekinesis
• Radiant/Cosmic Energy Manipulation
• Superawareness (localized to within visual distance across Pendraxian spectrum)

Individual Judicar have demonstrated a wide range of abilities such as:

• Telepathy (including interspecies telepathy)
• Various Elemental/Energy Generation and Manipulation
• Teleportation
• Replication
• Remote Viewing
• Superspeed
• Magical suppression
