Tin Street is a well-known business quarter and neighborhood that is considered the longest unbroken thoroughfare in the Tenth District, if not all of Ravnica. A straight, broad and ancient road, Tin Street has become a major byway for those traveling across the district, as it is intersected by several other major streets and has entrances to numerous side-roads and a thousand alleyways. Shops, restaurants, inns and entertainment venues of all sorts can be found along the length of Tin Street, and a steady watch is kept by patrolling wojeks, ledev guardians, Azorius hussars and the occasional Haazda volunteer.
While Tin Street is already a commercial area, it takes on a whole new side when Market Day rolls around. From one end of the street to the other, hundreds of stalls pop up, and shops open their storefronts to entice passerbys with their wares. Some items of real value, rare trinkets, things of a less-than-legal nature and even trade secrets often turn up on Tin Street during these market days, and if the discerning buyer looks hard enough, they can find what they’re looking for without having to risk bracing shadier places like Bane Alley or the black markets of the Undercity.
Of course, you'll find no shortage of stealing, drug dealing, and illicit crime among the more crooked denizens of Tin Street. A fight breaking out, a thief being chased, and a passed out drug addict aren't that uncommon to come across when you're shopping in this place.
