Rattlebone; The Circus of Days

In the far-off providence of Izerberg, The Iron City of Astinstad stands tall with it's buildings' iron spires scraping against the clouds. Astinstad is the capitol city of Izerberg and contains the main governmental buildings of all of Izerberg. The City Center, seperated from the Commons and the Docks by the mammoth city wall, contains buildings ornately crafted from marble and gold. In the very epicenter of The Iron City sits the Capitol building. It's the tallest building in the city and is the most distinct thing about the city's marvelous skyline.   The Astinstad Institute of Investigation is a collection of a detectives and investigators. They act as a sort of FBI/CSI for the world of Izerberg. The Magical Investigation Division is a subset of the Institute that consists entirely of mages.   Astinstad is divided into The Astinstad Center, The Astinstad Commons and The Docks. The City Center holds the Capitol building, A.I.I. Headquarters, the Stone Market and the residential buildings of wealthier citizens and important figures and is separated from The Commons and The Docks by a heavily guarded city wall. The Commons contains The Circus of Days, the Shadow Markets, and the residential buildings for common people. The Docks are, well. The Docks. The slums of Astinstad are tucked into the corners and back alleys of The Docks.
